About Flair for Signs

Flair for Signs commenced operation in Cheltenham in 1990, then after 10 years of expansion we relocated to Carrum Downs to a larger premises.

We still have a large client base in the Cheltenham area, including Braeside, Mordialloc, Parkdale, Dingley, Mentone, Moorabbin,  Beaumaris, Sandringham, Hampton, Bentleigh East, Brighton, St Kilda, Windsor, Prahran, Richmond, Fitzroy, Carlton, Collingwood. Our current facilities allow us to easily service Bayside, Patterson Lakes, Seaford, Frankston & the Mornington Peninsula.

We provide sign writing services to the Melbourne metro area, and in recent years we have also completed a number of interstate projects.

Flair for Signs is a professional company with all the appropriate insurances, EWP over 11mt licences and follow OH&S guide lines.

Our client base is varies from private clientele through to multinational companies. We work with graphic designers and artists to bring their creations to life. Most Artists works have been large scale projects but not always. We also sub-contract to other sign writing companies that no longer have traditional hand sign writing staff in-house. We also work with many council’s both local and interstate.

Hand painted signs are an environmentally friendly alternative to modern sign production. They are longer lasting and a lot less material is required. The new generation of low VOC paint is safer for the planet and your health. Hand painted signs generally don’t end up as land fill and any unused paint is collected and recycled. A large amount of energy is not required to produce them. All this leads to a reduced carbon foot print.
